Wash question
Posted by Kentucky Colonel on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 12:30 PM

I have my M1A1 Abrams coated with Future and I've finished putting on the decals and covered them again with Futire. I plan on spraying on Pro Modeller's Sand Weathering Wash and that will require rubbing a large part of it off after it drys as per their video.

My question is do I first put on a flat clear on the model before the wash or do I put the wash on first then rub off most of it then put on the flat clear?

By the way I'm using Model Masters Acryl Flat Clear.

Wash...rub...then Clear Flat...then any pastel chalks or powders.  Toast
