English Instructions for Tamiya 1:35 Matilda MkII Item no.124
Posted by PontiacRich on Thursday, March 10, 2011 7:45 PM

Hi all,

Well, I got bitten by the evilbay bug again Embarrassed.  I picked up a vintage (and I mean VINTAGE) Matilda MkII and it came with Japanese instructions.  Anybody have a set of english instructions that they could scan and email or PM me?

This model is so old it has the Tamiya logo embossed on the underside of the lower hull as well as cutouts for what I guess was for motorized use?!  It also has one piece figures!

Thanks!

What the pictures aren't good enough for you? I have dozens of models with non engrish instructions...never slowed me down from building them. As far as painting and decaling instructions go...just use good reference materials.

Jeez, Hawk...that's kind of harsh!  Wink  I like english instructions, they sometimes - and I mean sometimes - help relieve any confusions I have while building.  I also like reading the bio stuff - it sometimes helps me look for references.

And Besides...I want them, because I want them!  Stick out tongueBig Smile

Thanks Thom and Phil!!! Bow Down

...and you to Hawk, it's all in jest! Left Hug

I got my 7 yo boy a cheap kit couple weeks ago and the only instruction were in Italian.

He learnt more than how to build a model that week. Smile
