It's kind of ironic when you consider how much has happened with the hobby (and with DML in particular) in those intervening years. I had a lot of fun building my Loki and remember getting it on sale for about $60...and then having to wait 2 months to be able to finish it for the turned aluminum barrel I'd ordered from Canada to clear customs and arrive. The fact that it was turned and had rifling is probably what held it up at the time. Big Smile

I did one a while back.(about 18 months ago) It was'nt orange box, but it was $29 from Sprue Bros. Plastics a little thicker the Trump version, and not as complicated, but fun nonetheless. Did mine in Grey w/a bluish tint. Have fun !!

I remember well the footage of Thor shelling Warsaw and huge explosions in World at War. That would be an impressive model. Until I saw the kit, I had no idea it was on tracks.

Wow, who would have thought a few years back that this kit would be "orange-boxed" so quickly for $60 (although it doesn't beat the record I saw a few months back at a vendor's table for $25):
