There's quite a bit of conjecture about the Octopus scheme...it was only ever seen on one single KT in the very last days of the war. There are many who believe that this was a scheme that was supposed to be ordered for all units starting June '45, so it's one of those "what-if" type of scenarios if you decide to use it on anything other than the one photographed example seen outside the factory before it was over-run by Allied forces.
