BeltFed I bought the "old" Tamiya Cromwell, but the way the tracks were package made them all twist up. How do I rectify this? They are glued into a loop.

What I usually do is loop them again in reverse. It works for me.
Something I've tried with good results is I've added a couple of clamps to each end of the track for weight, then I've dipped the track into a sink of mildly hot water and hung the track to dry on the towel bar.
I will give that a try and see what happens! thanks guys
Seeing as how you've got them glued in a loop, you could try to suspend them on a dowel and put a weight on the other end. Use a hair dryer to warm them up, but like Wildman said, be careful you don't over heat them.

I had the same problem, so I laid them flat on my workbench, weighed on both ends with paint bottles and lowered the desk lamp to about 6 inches over them. They got soft from the heat of the light bulb, but be very careful. One track got a little too hot and melted about a 1 inch secton. Luckly that part is hidden by the front vender.
