also if you go to Sprue Brothers under "Super Specials" you will find a lot of Dragon armor  reduced at drastic prices, some close to 30-50% .

YES! Went by Sprue Brothers Monday since they're the only people who seem to stock Gunze's paint set for Japanese armour (one would think Japanese tanks weren't very popular Wink) and picked up Bronco's Cruiser tank Mk I/III and Humber Scout Car for half off!!! Nice addition to my stash of British/Commonwealth AFVs. Yeah

Nice. I really love that Panther II with the schmalturm. After seeing Shellback's work of art, I need to get one too. I'll see if I can find one at this weekend's show.

Cool Gamera. Your lucky you can go by in person and save even more on the shipping. I picked up three Dragon kits at about 50% off. I was forced to order them. Wink  Too bad Great Models didn't have anything I was looking for.

Thanks for the heads up, and yeah Spruebrothers has a lot of Dragon kits on sale. My buddy just bought a Jagtiger from them for $30ish, a lot of kit for the price.

Looks like I'll be picking something up...

Sigh. Like I need more kits. But I've wanted a Tiger I initial for some time, and $30 for the Dragon Smart Kit on SB was too good to pass up.

Also grabbed some of those new Alclad clear coats...very eager to give them a try!

^Been looking at that kit at my LHS, priced about the same. Did a a Pershing in that same line and it was a nice kit for the price.

Ironically, I too might buy that Panther II kit, $28 shipped is hard to pass up.

Whoops! Sorry, meant to say I went by their website. My mistake! DunceStill S&H wasn't that expensive. The UPS dropped them off at work for me this afternoon. Usual Bronco high quality on both.

I'm really impressed by the Humber.  Six different decal schemes- some quite colourful and a small PE fret. Complete interior detail since it's open-topped and Bronco throws in a complete engine as well. The kit screams to have the engine access doors open. I may have to modify the British armoured car crew from I think it's MiniArt to have them working on her. And they also toss in a nicely molded resin commander figure. I balked at paying fifty bucks for a model that's about the same size as a bar of soap- but at half price it's a steal.

EDIT: Duh, sorry the Humber is NOT an open top vehicle- my mistake. And yes it does come with those 'rubber' tires. I remember the tread here the other week about them cracking and splitting.

Eric, speaking of sales, there are some decent allied kits over at dragonusaonline.com with good prices as well.  With that and Greatmodels I added up to about 400 in the cart...............Crying  Just can't have them all sometimes.

Ryan, good to see you back. You've been gone for quite awhile unless I missed you here somewhere.

Yes, those kits add up fast. I saw the Christmas sale at Spruebrothers, and most of their Dragon line was 50% off. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I had most of what I wanted. I balked and bought nothing, only to find out later, that they were running an additional 10% off their sale. So i saved even more when I got the Jadgpanzer IV Smart Kit. Cool IF I ordered more kits I would have saved a lot more on shipping.

Yup, I didn't realize I came here so little ever since the forum design change started.  Well, that and girlfriend/fiance/getting married status change.  =D  I did about 50% of two kits for two years.   Anyways, so far she's okay with the whole modelling thing.  I don't know about the boxes and boxes of models still coming into the stash part, but we will see.
