Im working on the Trumpeter LAV-R, this will be a straight OOB quick build, but I do want a different color option.
Were the LAV-R's used in Desert Storm ever painted anything besides NATO Tricolor? I found one photo of a
LAV R traveling with an LAV resupply and it appears darker indicating a probable NATO tricolor .
I also located another very short video segment from some TV show as well as a GM promotional video that
show the LAV in a mid80s style wraparound tan/sand/black camo *but not the NATO scheme*
Did anyone serve with a LAV-R in your Battallion that was not NATO tricolor?
