hello all

Wanting to know after doing my pin wash on my armor models.  Should I place a dull coate on befoe pigments or should Pigments go on before the dull coate?

Then the next question is will a spray on dull coate effect pigments?

Wash after dullcoat...spray may blow off loose pigments before it can seal them---it also changes the "look" of the pigs because it "wets" them...

To add to what Manny has said, application of dull coats over pigments can also cause them to virtually "disappear"...so it can be a handy way to create certain effects or layering but may produce a an unexpected result if you haven't done it before. Wink
