Ditto  Bob got it.  If the tracks become too stiff while you are still working, apply little of liquid cement to make 'em loose softer.

First thought is to use Testor's liquid cement-dries slower, allowing a little more time to make adjustments.  Make the top run, glue using Testors, allow to dry for 15-20 min and then run them across the wheels and allow to dry.  You could make the two runs at the same time and attach over the wheels and then allow to dry overnight.

I'm on a phone so I can't navigate the site very well. And I could use any pointers on using these guys. I already made one mistake by building the upper hull up so getting in and out is kinda hard. So what I'm doing is making a top run and running it aross the wheels and then I'm gonna lightly tack in the tracks with tamiya glue. Then ill hopefully be able to pull them off and go over them really good with the glue. Then paint and remount them. Ok process or what? Oh and its a dragon jagdpanther if it counts.
