Armor brothers, this is a project I've done for the Korean War GB. Thought I'd share it with you. It's a Dragon 1/35th M4A3E8 that I picked up at a swap meet. It took some work, I replaced the tracks, 76mm barrel, transmission cover and machine guns. I detailed and finished the tank to represent a summer camo scheme of tan over the base OD. the machine guns were relocated based on the reference material. (Squadron/Signal's Armor in Korea). After painting, I gave it several washes and weathered with MIG pigments.

Lovely!

"Sic gorgiamus allos subjectatos nunc!"
I absolutely love it!
That came looks sweet!
G, I actually used Model Master II RAF Middlestone. There was one color picture on the internet of this scheme and the Middlestone looked right. (I know, aircraft paint on an armor model, I should be flogged)
Came out great...thanks for sharing.

Actually not... RAF Midstone is close if not equivelant to US Earth Yellow, a color used on US Armor from WWII thru the MERDC era... I think that scheme you did here is one of the best looking Sherman schemes of the Korean War. None of the Cat Motif Shermans looked quite as good as the M46 or M24. This camo job looks businesslike and bad a$$
F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!
U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!
N is for NO SURVIVORS...

thanks for the comments and feedback, I was pleased with the results. I wanted to do something more than just another OD painted sherman.
