Try what Wally said, it will show 'Popular Post'. The red star on piece of paper reflects its popularity frequently posted on that day...

I didn't find a legend, but placing your "pointer" on the symbol gives a brief description. Seems the red goes away once you've viewed the post.
Is there a legend that shows what all the symbols in the left column of the forms means, ie... a piece of folded paper with a star etc..
