Ahhh Terry!

I feel  your pain! Oops

It's happened to me TWICE this in fairly quick succession recently! I had to bin my 1/48 Tamiya Tiger that ended up in the bin and my recent StuG III B which the dog chewed up!

I've still got to build a Tiger but the second attempt at the StuG was a corker so the dog was let off! It turned out I needed a lot of the spares from the first StuG kit and decal trouble meant that most of both sets of decals were used up too!

Lovely build - terrible shame Crying

That must have been a good (or bad) fall to render it bin-worthy!

Are you going to attempt a re-build at some point? It's a lovely kit - I've built it in 1/35 and it's one of my personal faves! The 1/48 version has had some rave reviews I know.

What do you say at a time like this??

Guess it's best to just say nothing and walk away quietly.

Well I truely finished my 1/48th Tamiya Marder III and got it to theh competitions in Dublin castle. I finished it off in a worn winter scheme and I must say I was pretty pleased.

Well it survived everything until I was putting it away and it fell. Well I looked down on the floor and seen a lump of bits and thought , well maybe it can be repaired. Well i was wrong because when I got all the bits in one place I had to make a decision and ended up dumping it.

These photos are the only thing left of it.

Ah Well......

Terry.
