Nice yeep . Congratulation. I `ve done my Italeri few years ago.The pics are on FSM forum too,but You encouraged me to do Hasegawa model .Will see.

I was thinking of buying the the Italieri Jeep kit and Hasegawa Kubelwagen in 1/24th as the LHS stocks them .

I am a bit concerned about the Italieri being an old kit.

What did you think of the Hasegawa Jeep kit?

 

 

The Italeri 1/24 scale Jeep is a fairly decent kit. It comes with a canvas cover, engine but no crew or any sort of weapontry. Hasegawa's Jeep is pretty nice, but I've heard that there is less detail on the wheels and hubs than on the Tamiya 1/35 scale kit. Given the choice, I'd buy the Hase Jeep over the Ital Jeep. I have several of each.

I just traded off my Hase Kubel. I never even opened that kit.

I'm mostly interested in the 1/24 military vehicles as size comparison with the 1/24 Auto kits I have already built.

now I want to start mine. Actually, I went nuts and bought all the 1/24 Hasegawa vehicle kits that was available to me. So I have them all and haven't started one of them

sprueone-yes, the first pic was in sunlight-i think it does look better that way-the fit of the kit was good-no real issues-i enjoyed it and the size makes it easy to work with

in my opinion, the hasegawa kit is a good kit-no major issues

The first picture looks most realistic, probably in sun light?

your model looks well painted and built too. How is the fit of this kit. I also have one but have not started it yet
