I have started to build my Bofors AA by Bronco and it gives such joy to have so many tiny parts included in the kit. I'm going blind! From the assemblies that I have started, I have nothing but praises for this kit. Fit is excellent. The major gun platform is a kit by itself. Very small parts which some manufactures might have molded in or omit entirely are separate parts in the sprue. I have to be very careful because some parts are so tiny I don't get to see them at once on the sprue. The PE sheet is sandwiched in tacky plastic sheets which prevents the small PE parts from flying off.
I hope to accomplish more this weekend. I can't wait to finish this model.

I always thought it would be cool to have a 40mm mount vignette from say a BB or carrier.

I am looking at this with sandbags all around and british soldiers manning it with the 101st Airborne guys passing by. (Band of Brothers opening scene in the series)
