A big thank you to brutus for his kind words. I feel a little Embarrassed , though. All I did is help someone out. It really did not cost me that much time or money. I actually never even thought of asking for anything just wanted to help another modeller out that's all.

See ya

Scott

Yes, I've had some acts of generosity directed my way and I'm always grateful for people taking their time and even money to do things for me.

'Pay it forward' is a way of extending kind gestures without great expense or inconvenience. Everything returns full circle eventually, people do remember small selfless acts of good human nature.

Like a ripple effect it may make their day, in return they may do something nice for someone that day or week.

Its not the plant but the seed sewed as a idea.Paradise

Where I live are a few intersections that have no lights so at busy times you can be stuck for a long time unless someone 'pays it forward'  by stopping to let you in. Some do not understand yet those that have waited do. I drive a rather distinctive truck and unless in a hurry always 'pay the favor forward' This returns full circle as I rarely wait at said intersections. Automobile

Good karma? I think its a great idea!Idea

What it is all about is enjoying the hobby, sharing and comradery. Friendship comes in many forms. There are a number of forum participants that I am proud to call friends. While I may never meet, talk to, or see these fine folks,,,,,   I consider them friends.

Helping each other out,,,,,,,,,,,   say no more

Bill

Enjoy the ride!

A week or two ago, I put up a post about running out of Tamiya XF60. Here comes M1 A1 A2 Tanker, and says he has half a bottle. I ask him how much he wants, or at least let me reimburse him for his time and postage. Nope. "Just Pay it forward he says" Will do, and I just want to say thanks to him, and that there are still some good people left. May not seem like much, but it speaks volume's to me. Take care.
