This is the follow-on to the CH release that caused so much excitement earlier in the year. That release was of a single vehicle. This one has the proud distinction I believe of representing the "production" vehicle run of a grand total of 3. Still a very cool subject for early-war designs and one that I honestly thought would never ever see the light of day as an injection-molded kit.

I guess it fills a void in German armor. There are still a few that haven't been done by the mainstreamers yet, though Cyber Hobby and Trumpeter are doing their best to take care of that. LOL

Are you going to grab one Bill?

It definately beats the pants off of yet another Panzer IV or Sherman variant!

I know those beasts were used in the occupation Norway, but were they used anyplace else? In Norway 3 prototypes were sent. They were used in combat with one being blown up by German Engineers, one got stuck in soft terrain. None survived the war and I don't see any production numbers.

Its an interesting subject, but near being a paper panzer. But that is an interest to some here.

I might pick one up in the future but will wait if I do. None survived the war, the remaining vehicles were scrapped in 1941. Only saw service in Norway due to their thin-skinned armor and the fact they wouldn't encounter any opposing armor.

No Yes it is nice to see a rare vehicle suchas this released, but in my book it would not beat the pants off of an injection molded DD Sherman....
