I went to the Thunder Over Michigan this weekend and there was a large WWII Reenactment group.  I snapped a few Iphone pictures of a couple of M5A1s and some other stuff.  Thought I'd post them to give an idea what real tanks look like in the field.

This one is interesting as the rubber blocks on the tracks are almost completely worn away.

And a real Pak 40

Did you happen to come across an LVT-3 in the line up?  I got word that it, the worlds only working LVT-3, was going to an airshow in Detroit and only know put two and two together - too much painting without ventilation perhaps.

Yes, I saw it during the battle.  Never found where it was parked though.
