I know this subject has popped up before, but my search didn't turn up any posts since '09 . . . I ordered some PE from Roll Models a month ago, aware of the disclaimer that it would take two, maybe three, weeks to ship. I noted on FSM forum posts that RM doesn't carry a lot of inventory and they order when you order, and your card won't be charged till the merchandise ships. No prob, as I have never read anything bad about them and they advertise in this mag and others, as well.
But I can't get in touch with them. Their website says that they have too much email (?) to respond to any, and customers should call them for order status, etc. Fair enough, since they had the best price on what I was ordering, but . . . they won't answer the phone. Am I missing something, or is this their SOP? My card hasn't been charged, yet, and I'm not in a real great hurry to get the stuff, but if I'm gonna have a problem with my order, I'd like to know, maybe order from someone else.
Are these folks having problems? Anyone know?
