You're right Rob. I saw a technical drawing of an M3 and it will entail a lot of work. I guess I have to live with this basket. They decided to make an M3 and scaled down an M3A1! Thanks Rob/Stikpusher
No luck on finding any pics so far, but a SWAG says the seats would likely attach to the turret ring interior.

I am now in the turret part of my M3 Honey and referring back to a review I read before, the Honey should not have a turret basket contrary to yhe Academy kit. Now, where will the commander's and the gunner's seat go? For lack of photo reference, my build is now stymied. I'll be grateful for any help.
