Believe it or not... yes you can get this kit but not from Tamiya! Italeri offers 1:35 M24 Chaffee. CyberHobby or HobbyBoss is going to release newer Chaffee kit in 2012 if you want a better kit.
It shouldn't be that hard to make the camo net... you only need couple of good tissues. Cut up one sheet into tiny squares and glue to one solid tissue. Be sure to very gentle!
