Great job,,,    I like the dio idea too!!

Remember the british chaps manning the bofors  wishing the 101st boys good luck on their way to the planes.

A real "good un". I paint with a brush and just know I would knock something like that to pieces...cheers...Kenny

 modeler#1:

very nice. Thinking of puting it on a diorama?

I am imagining the bofors surrounded by sandbags with some soldiers passing by just like the standard opening scene on the "Band of Brothers".

Nicely done. That sounds like an interesting idea for a dio.

Thanks for your comments, Pawel, Tom, Bill, Hercmach> I decided at the spur of the moment to post it in BW to give it a feeling of WWII. Here it is in color.

It is a beauty, but may I suggest … camouflage netting?

I see what you mean about delicate parts! The B/W photos give it an air or realism but how about posting some in color as well so we can see it "in the flesh"? Beer

Very nice! I've been thinking about using parts from this kit in a Duster, but ain't going to do this, too much work already invested. But your model looks very nice, and it's a complex machine. Thanks for sharing, have a nice day

I'm finally finished with what I thought will be a simple build which turned out to be a very challenging kit. Many parts are very fine and thin. I supposed they are to scale because looking at some pictures the parts are really thin. I had to replace the sighting frame with wire  (earlier posted) because the plastic parts is bent. I painted it olive green and dry brushed with Tamiya weathering powder.
