steel wool?????
Posted by rebelreenactor on Thursday, January 29, 2004 10:07 PM

In the February issue of FSM the M2 Bradley has a worn look of bare metal-steel. I think i heard somewhere that you use steel wool to do this. Is this true?
If it is, then how do i do it?

I'd appreciate all of the help.

Thanks.

Reb, I haven't tried using steel wool for that, I usually try to get that look with dry brushing. There are lots of ways this can be done though. You might try posting in the "techniques" forum. The weathering experts hang out there.
