Panzer IV G Late

The Panzer IV G was introduced in May of 42 and June 1943, so yes, it fits within the timeframe of panzergrey and the switch to dunkelgelb in Feb. 43.

Digging a little deeper on your question if I may...the "Late" designation for the G would put it in the '43 timeframe (assuming it's sporting schurtzen (the turret armor) and other similar late features like the single-piece turret hatch).  Given that, it would not be painted in panzer gray. Schurtzen were introduced in the early summer of '43 well after vehicles at the factory and in the field began receiving the dark yellow.

I've never seen a Panzer G w/ schurzen in dark grey...
