Thanks.  I didn't have tamiya khaki drab, so a decided to look at my model master enamel inventory and found that RAF Dark Green was pretty darn close, so I just stuck with that.

Yes indeed. That stuff was hard edge pattern, factory applied. Marcs Char B (and all the others too) is a thing of beauty. But it looks so good if done right! Panzer has built in "artistic license". Next year. Too much on my plate right now. I just dont know when to walk away sometimes...Whistling

Good luck on the French camo. Looking at Marcs Char B, thats a hell of a job you have. But give me a panzer any day.

There is some fabulous work there Bish. I have got to build a French tank with one of those fancy camo jobs next year. The Panzers have nothing on them! Pity poor Shellback's Panzer I though...Whistling

Nice Work, I just happened across this post, I just finished mine and thought I'd share too.  It was a fun little kit and the tracks were painless, much easier than the mirage kits.

Nicely done. It even looks tiny in 1/35th.

I built this nifty little kit for the Blitzkrieg in the West,France 1940 GB. What a fun little build. In two short afternoon sessions the build was done, and over the next few weeks on my days off painting was completed. My first experience with Tamiya link and length tracks and I must say that I am favorably impressed. Even with the tiny individual links around the sprocket and idler wheels. A great kit for a quick build. All I added to it were some wine bottles scrounged from a Tamiya Churchill for the cargo deck, and some goggles for the crewmen from the same kit. Base color isTestors MM French Khaki, andwethering done with MM Acryl Raw Umber and Raw Sienna, along with a wash of Burnt Umber and dry brushing with Humbrol Light Green 34227.

comments and critiques welcome....Blind Fold

BTW, there are some fabulous builds of subjects rarely seen going on there for anyone who has not looked at that paticular GB
