I built this nifty little kit for the Blitzkrieg in the West,France 1940 GB. What a fun little build. In two short afternoon sessions the build was done, and over the next few weeks on my days off painting was completed. My first experience with Tamiya link and length tracks and I must say that I am favorably impressed. Even with the tiny individual links around the sprocket and idler wheels. A great kit for a quick build. All I added to it were some wine bottles scrounged from a Tamiya Churchill for the cargo deck, and some goggles for the crewmen from the same kit. Base color isTestors MM French Khaki, andwethering done with MM Acryl Raw Umber and Raw Sienna, along with a wash of Burnt Umber and dry brushing with Humbrol Light Green 34227.
comments and critiques welcome....
BTW, there are some fabulous builds of subjects rarely seen going on there for anyone who has not looked at that paticular GB
