psstoff995's lbro I usually get DML kits so there's no need for AM. And I don't think there's any need for AM tracks on a bradley, you can't see half of 'em cause of the skirts anyhow.

Amen!
On the bench: AFV Club M730A1 Chaparral
On deck: Tamiya Marder 1A2
In the hole: Who knows what's next!
I'm using the rubber band tracks that came with the kit. I don't do a whole lot of AM stuff unless I picked up the kit dirt cheap.
Were you using the kit rubber band tracks for it or AM? I can't remember.
I'm glad I did the 1/72 M2, it came with those tracks that are in sections and I didn't have to paint as much on the road wheels!
I've gotta get my tracks finished. I finished painting the road wheels yesterday. Other than that it's just putting all the major sub-assemblies together.
I still need to do some touch-ups around the periscopes and stuff; after that it's ready for sealing and decals.
Thanks for checking in and the complements guys!
Richard- Can't wait to see yours completed! Mine'd been sitting on the shelf waiting for a base for a good 4 months. Decided to finnish it up after I saw yours.
jetmodeler & Bill- I was thinking of adding something like low shrubs but decided to depict a barren look like it's just in the middle of the open desert.
Andy- Thanks for checking in. Now that I have this out of the way I can start on the KT again!
Simple and effective! Only thing I would suggest would be a small clump of scrub grass or similar just to add a bit of visual interest but as Marc points out...a desert can be awfully barren depending on what you're depicting.

Wow! Yours looks great!
I need to get some more pictures of mine posted. I've almost gone as far as I can until my local HobbyTown replenishes it's Tamiya stock. I'm out of Tamiya Dark Yellow and I've got some touch-up work to do.
Nice looking little kit and good work on the base too.

Looks GREAT!!! I don't see anything to fix... if you want to make the base look more interesting... feel free to add something but I have to remember there is not much in the middle of desert.
Andy
looks great! I love Bradley kits
Looks good for your first vignette.
As a small suggestion, you could maybe add a wall or baracade. Just a suggestion though.
Tell me what you think. It's my first vignette.
The base is nothing but pink foam with wood putty and pigments.
