Hey guys new to the forum and all,

Just bought this beauty today. Looking for any pointers or tips really as im quite "green" and really want to make it the best possible.

It's a really good vintage kit. Probably among the best that Italeri made at that time. I have built two and the re-tooled Mk II version as well. Just follow the directions and build and finish to yoru heart's content. It's a very enjoyable build I think.

I agree with Stik, it's one of Italeri's better kits. It should be a nice kit to break your teeth on. It comes with rubber-band tracks which could be an issue. If I recall, they might be too tight to sag, but the sand shields will cover that up.

Get the glue and putty out and enjoy.
