For wheels the easist way I have found is to use a set of punches and punch out the tape to the correct size I use these.

Haven't tried it myself, but I've heard of some folks using an exacto knife with a swivelling blade, attached to a compass.

How do you good people cut your neat holes in thin card or masking tape, such as you would use for painting wheels.

I do have a circle template but it never fits all that well,thanks in advance...cheers....Kenny
