Just curious as to why you're tired of Dragon? Too many parts? COnfusing instructions? I've built 4 of them myself and have enjoyed them all.

Hi Tigerman -- just griping -- I had an issue on their Panther A regarding the fit of the front lower hull (discussed in van Beveren's book) that resulted in a slight  'blown suspension'  look on one side -

I also had the same issue with their D, but somehow got it to fit

As you may have seen I'm currently building the new DML Jagdpanzer IV and have to say it is a fantastic kit - I'm going pre Dec 44 but forgoing any zimm -- can you recommend aftermarket crew for it ?

Hope to post pictures after I complete the lower hull - Have a great Thanksgiving!

Regards,

Dog

I've got that Jagdpanzer kit too. Looks like a beauty.

I can't say I have any recommendations for crewmen, since I never build any. I know that Alpine, Warriors, and Dragon figures are very popular, alas spendy in the first two cases.

Yes to both for me. Very nice, well-detailed kits, often overly complicated made even more so by faulty instructions. Some build like a dream, others like a bad dream. There's something to be said about the simplier, well fitting Tamiya kits. Their two French kits (UE and Char) and BT-7 kit are so nicely done.
