Check out Spruebrothers too. They are having an additional 25% off Dragon kits until the end of today!

Merry Christmas to you Eric!  I've loaded up my cart at Sprue Brothers and trying to fight the urge to go upstairs to get my credit card and complete the transaction.

The Spruebrothers sale is a pretty good one...I broke down and picked up DML 6440...the Bison II. It's been on my wish list for a while and was waiting for a good sale to make the price reasonable. Beer

Nice snag Eric

I am actually on the Sprue Bros site now, sniffing around.

There are a load of sales going on,,   Sprue, Squad, Great Models, Model Expo, etc. etc.

I keep pulling back on the reigns a bit though...........

Enjoy the ride!

That StuG III G Early w/schurzen really enticed me. Around $28 with shipping at Spruebrothers, but I've been wanting that Panther F for a long time. It was just under $30. Usually goes for at least that without shipping on ebay.

Now do I keep my Late G or trade it?

Oooh! Sweet purchase!

I don't think Sprue Bros. trade outside the US, do they?

They are darn cheap compared to most places over here! You boys have it real good over there when it comes to cheap models etc. Wink

I've just noticed that it comes with a DS Cacti!!!!!! They think of everything!

Off Topic How much do you pay per gallon - in £'s ideally?

Gas in Texas is about $3.11-3.20.  In Decatur, Alabama right now it's $3.09.

Right now the dollar is about 3-2 to the Pound.  Our gallons are smaller too.  1-.832 to the Imperial Gallon.

Ben if you want to order from somewhere here let me know.  I can order and get it to you.

I might (definately) have to take you up on that offer of a USA purchase - where should I be looking buddy?

Again, Off Topic, we are paying £1.35 per litre (average) in the UK which woorks out to about £5.90(ish) per UK Gallon! (4.4 litres in a UK Gallon).

Back on topic, sorry Embarrassed I'll have a good look around Satch and will be in touch soon. Many thanks Yes

Cheers again for the offer, Satch Toast

Ben, Sprue Brothers, Squadron, and Great Models are my proffered online retailers.  Dragon USA online is also terrific.  Some of their deals are just too good to pass up.  Shipping to you in the UK will cost you a bit extra, but it might be worth it.  We'll have to look at the numbers.

Since Manny's too lazy....hot link above. Wink It's the 1/35 CH Sd. Kfz.171 Panther F mit Gummigedämpften Stahllaufr.

Murphy's Law struck me again...Sprue Brothers is having a special Cyber Monday sale and the Bison II is one of the few DML 1/35s they have listed....but I had no way to know that when I made my purchase. Price is now $6 cheaper than when I ordered....oh well! Propeller They had 6 left at $30 when I checked this morning and all are gone now...so I guess they achieved their objective in moving their stock.

Sorry to hear it Bill, but at least you made out ok.

Why is it with a MAC and I copy a link, it never pastes down ready to go? It works fine with a PC. Any ideas?

P-400 Cactus Air Force

F6F-3 Hellcat

All Eduard Weekend Editions, all 1/48 for about $11.00 each, no shipping charges.  If resources had allowed, I could have added to my lifetime stash....

No idea Eric...must be the browser limitations on the MAC vs. PC. It's an auto feature whenever I type in a web link or cut/paste. Only other option I gues you can use is the HTML button in the post box to make it a hot link.
