Emhar and Tuaro are the only companies I know of making WWI armor in plastic. I believe there to be several companies making them in resin, but I don't know them.

Emhar and Tauro indeed have WWI armor. Emhar has a growing range of 1/35 and 1/72 lits, plus 1/72 figures to go along. Tauro, if you can still find the kit, had a A7V in 1/35. Airfix has a 1/76 Mark I Male in its range, old but still very decent (it's a MkII in fact, but that's not a problem). Matchbox had a Renault FT in a box with the Char B1bis (with WWII markings but that can easily be changed to a WWI vehicle). RPM have been releasing countless FT, many of which are WWI.

As far as mainstream model manufacturer, that's about it, I'm afraid. However, the market is 'awash' with releases in resin, metal or mixed media, from companies such as Retromodels (1/72), SHQ, Scale Model Accessories (1/76) to name but a few.

RPM of Poland sells some WW 1 products in 1/72 and 1/35 scale. Model Cellar sells figures and accessories. www.sqaudron.com sells most of the items listed in this tread. Good luck.

RPM makes several variants of the widely popular FT17 Renault light tank. There's French, USA, German, Japanese versions (missed some too). They do both 1/72 and 1/35 scale. I have the US variant and the individual link set.

RPM's models are very nice, easy to build and great possibilities for detailing. Be sure you buy the indi link tracks for 1/35 scale kits (for some reason they market them seperately instead of putting them in the kit..?) The kit tracks have to be sewn together, as the resist glues, including CA and other super glues.

Here's Verlinden's 1/15 Mark IV Male, built by Naniwa Sensha-tai cohort "Skinhead":

It's on display at my LHS, and it's BIG. Skinhead-san did a great job with the Verlinden kit. I love the unique camo!Big Smile [:D]
