King Tiger Camo question
Posted by ozzman on Friday, December 23, 2011 9:26 PM

Hello, I am building a 1/35 King Tiger (Porsche Turret), and there is an interesting scheme shown in the kit instructions. However, I am not sure whether it's supposed to be hard-edged, or free-handed. Should I mask the camouflage and make it hard-edged, or free-hand it?

I agree, it would be soft edge for the camo.  The hard edge was on the later model KT's.  Like most of the those that were in the Ardennes offencive.

Not to mention that it is a Porshe Turret- the earliest production King Tigers. Hard edge factory camo was only on Henschel Turreted KingTigers.
