Thank you, I had no idea about the M4A4 not having much U.S. involvement. Do you know where I might find some of these decals?

Some were used sparingly by some stateside training units.  Some were used in the Burma theater.  Some (a few dozen?) were given to US engineering units from UK stocks in the build up to the invasion of Southern France.

Rare and far away places.  Think about it -- the engine required an entirely different supply/spare/repair system than the other, more commonly used Shermans.  Go with a UK, Polish, or French scheme.  Lots of interesting markings for non-US M4A4s.

Decals for the M4A4 Sherman

Hello to all you Sherman Historians, I have several of the CH M4A4 75MM Sherman kits and would like some suggestions for some accurate US decals for them. I understand this tank was mostly exported via the Lend Lease program. Surely the US must have used them some where.

Thanks You, George Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
