Here's a photo from the Rhine crossing in March 1945 that would make a great diorama setting

 

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

Yes, it would be a cool diorama! Just because Zaloga did it doesn't mean it can't be done again, and better.

I think there a few guys here who could tackle it better in 1/35 (not me though... LOL! Whistling) Load down the M-24 like the one in the photo, use one of those 1/35 LCMs and go to town on detailing it. It would be big thats for sure...
