Swiping another idea.

"What was the best WWII night fighter, what is the best multi-role attack plane, which is better the B-24 or B-17?" Who can truly answer those questions anyway? I see these kind of questions in the aircraft forum all the time so I figured we could have some fun with it here as well. Big Smile [:D] So here is my question. Which American AFV has the most comfortable drivers seat?Clown [:o)] Any ideas?

The way the M1 can fly down the road. I would have to say it would have to the most comfortable seat. This is just a guess I have never been in a M1 before.

Where's Major Rob when you need him ..... he could test all the seats in his motorpool and give us the lowdown on them. Wink [;)]Wink [;)]

Yes, get the major, he has probably been in most of them. Ron has been in many old ones, perhaps he could lend some insight as well. Guess would be an M1 though. I don't think the Hummer classifies as an AFV.

well I don't think that the canvas thing the driver sits on in a Hummer is not exactly classified as a SEAT eitherBig Smile [:D]

My guess would be...M1. It is not much on the seats I think, but the Cadillac Gage Suspension Sytem. I read that an M1 rides like a car. But I agree, the Major knows better, I mean best.

Definitly not the m109, m548, or the jeep I used to drive!
