Captured vehicles always intrigue me. Of my recent models, here's what I've built:
1) Tamiya Willys Jeep: captured by Germans in Italy, repainted: later, recaptured by US 82nd AB in Normandy
2) Tamiya Char B1 Bis: used by Germans in Channel Islands; redesignated as Panzer B2
3) DML M3 GMC backdated to T-12 75mm GMC, captured from US forces in Philippines, reused by IJA and KOd by US troops in Luzon
4) Su-57 half-track: Lend Lease 57mm Gun Motor Carriage, given to Russians. Several captured by Wehrmacht. US encountered one in Czech at war's end, in 3 tone camouflage
On the workbench:
1) Firefly VC, direct vision: captured from the Canadians and repainted and reused by German troops
2) 8.8cm Pak 43: captured and repainted by US arty unit.
3) Marder I SPG: captured by Belgian resistance: marked with white stars, Belgian flag and resistance logos
I'll try to get moving along on some of these latter 3 projects!
