Built this from the Italeri Kit # 00269 back in mid 2006

It is well done and looks great. The basic Italeri M113 kit has a basic flaw in its design; the blackout drive is molded upside down (in the headlight cluster in front of the driver). It should look like this:
You're also missing the tow pintle (trailer hitch) and the rear troop door has the door handle askew. It should look like this:
Very cool...a guy at work gave me that kit a few weeks ago. He had started it and glued a couple of pieces together, but a complete kit none the less.

Awesome firepower ,saw these bad boys firing at ground targets while at the NTC.Kinda sounds like a real good belch and then you see the spent brass ejected over the side.Gives me chills,LOL.

Nice work! I've got this kit in my stash and I plan on doing mine up with some Fruil tracks and Legends Machbet conversion.

Geist's Machbet conversion for me...pretty cool variant.
Ditto on the nice build as well!

Kit flaws aside, I like this a ton too! IMHO, the 'hottest' M113 variant of them all.

Thank you very much. I'm sure I will learn allot from fellow Armor builders. I'm always looking to better my builds. I agree... that's why I built this version of the Vulcan. I just love that gun.
Thank you everyone for the great comments and also the in-corrections on this kit. Next time I build this one I'll know what to correct. Again, thank you all.
