Warriors Scale Models--what's the status?

I'm a lifelong model builder, but I've been preoccupied with other hobbies over the last several years, so model building has taken a back seat. I'm startiing to get back into it in a big way, and one thing I see differently is the status of Warriors figures. Are they still in operation? The website appears to be dead, and ISTR some lines shifting around from one to another distributor. Some stores still seem to have some stock, but I can't be sure if this is old stock being sold off, or if they're still producing. Do they have a new manufacturer's website? Thanks!
