20(4) towed FLAK done

pulled this off the unfinished shelf. tried airbrushing some angular camouflage with mixed results and didn't want to strip it down so i beat it up a bit. some drybrushing and weathering powders streaked using a wet q-tip. looking at the angular pattern i created tells me i have been researching ship models too much.

AA Guns often got the "splinter" camo pattern treatment. Looks good from here. Yes

That looks pretty nice. I like the groundwork as well.

Looks good, I like the splinter camo you have.  Which kit is this?

thanks for all the nice comments. i will be making a generic base with grass and dirt for photo purposes later. this is the old 1/35 tamiya kit. i have another in the stash.

Nice looking Flakvierling, the camo scheme is very nice. This might be old, but its still a nice little kit.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I'd think there would be a lot more abandoned stuff around the gun, nice model!

i agree. i was just using this base from my LAV-III for photo purposes. if i make an abandoned diorama i will includs a couple of jerry cans, maybe some torn tarp or camo net, maybe a body and maybe an american soldier or a bren carrier.
