they are Russian, they would be appropriate for riding on anything with a red star on it....T-34, JSU-152, Vodka truck, lend-lease tank.....wait, who said "Vodka Truck" ?! lol.

i still have yet to get real good with figures, but practice makes perfect!

Yes they will be fine for your SU's. You may have to adjust their placment on the vehicle, especially the front guy.

I agree!

And Tojo72, if you really want to turn your SU-85 into a Vodka truck all you have to do is to add the circled figure from this kit:

I wish I was good at building figures. Master box, Dragon, and others make really cool sets and they bring a build to life.

Yes, but get a clear bottle for this set out of your spares bin. Dragon molded the bottle in solid gray plastic that the rest of the set is in. All kinds of PE and highly detailed stuff in this "Gen 2" set, but a lousy non see thru Vodka bottle... no way you can tap dance around that in this set

Tigerman, the only way you'll improve with figures is to keep working at them and find what works for you. I am still in that stage, but I think mine have gotten a bit better. Definitely not up to par with AJ and the other top dogs I see here, but better than I was. And yes figures really do liven up a build and give it true context.
