It looks good although I would have gone with a darker metal color on the blade; dirt, surface rust and the color of the bare metal itself wouldn't be a silvery steel color.

I've got the Gasoline dozer blade, but haven't gotten around to building another Sherman to add a blade to, just lazy on my part and I have more kits I haven't built yet to justify building a duplicate to use the blade on.

Good luck on the mine roller. I built the one in 1/35 years ago. One thing I remember is that it took a lot of sanding to get the disks a uniform thickness.

Thanks.  The mine exploder is indeed a Verlinden kit as well.  Picked up both from Sprue Brothers a while back.   Looks like a very interesting kit and maybe even a bit easier to buid.  Just got to dedicate some time to get it going.

I like it, the blade really adds something to the kit.  I built the same kit with a hedgerow cutter a while back.  Is the Mine Exploder from Verlinden also?

Here is a 1:48 Tamiya M4 I recently finishe with a Verlinden M1 Dozer Blade.  The Tank was a typical Tamiya build well engineered and easy to build.  The dozer blade was another story,  I found plenty of pictures on the internet that helped a lot.  Even with the problems with the blade a very enjoyable project.

Up next a 1:48 M4A1 with a T1E3 (Aunt Jemima) Mine Exploder.
