M48 conversion question
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, February 8, 2004 6:01 PM
A friend in my club asked me a question about Israeli armor and I'm a bit stumped - I'm kind of post-war challenged. He does mostly the wingie thingie Disapprove [V] but he also dabbles in the darkside (patience - he will learn the power) He has a Tamiya M48A3 that he wants to build as an IDF 105mm armed version. Any suggestions on the best way to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Check AEF Designs, they make a lot of conversion stuff in resin. Their quality is fair to good. They specialize in IDF stuff. There was also a conversion kit out in plastic, but I don't recall what company made it. Sorry.
