Did the M247 Sgt York have a aluminium turret? if so that means the turret would not rust, right? But the rest of it based on the M48 Patton tank would rust like it did?
What I'm trying to build is a prototype that was left outside a few years and I want to make sure I don't put rust on something that will not rust.
Any other ideas on the parts of the turret that could rust like the commanders hatch or radar parts will be welcome.
I'm just trying to figure out what to put rust on and what not to.
