Well the Soviets would never have done that. It would just be stored and able to be re activated in case of war for battle loss replacements. But those ERA equipped ones are not the latests and greatest (T-90, T-80U, etc.), the T-64 was not well regarded or ever exported, and with todays world situation, the selling of large numbers of tanks is not what it used to be. The most likely customers- Iran, North Korea, and Syria are already well equipped numberwise with plenty of tanks, pretty much internationally blacklisted, and not too well off financially for various sanction reasons.

Those are some impressive pics. What I find interesting is that these are relativerly modern versions, with reactive armor etc. I would think the ruski's would sell those instead of letting them rust away.

Yes indeed... they were the boogeyman for so many years to me and as a former TOW gunner seeing all those T-72s and T-64s in one spot is part nightmare and part relief...
