Nice looking build, i can't see any issues. Youy know about the Zimm and as long as your happy.

Personally i like the 314 scheme, tahst the one i plan on doing.

Great looking build, but the super bent schurzen plate isn't very realistic. They were very loosely attached, so it would have gotten knocked off before it got that bent.

I've seen many Jagdpanthers in the striped-pattern. Some in ambush.

Looks good but I'm with Eric - loose that bent Shurzen dude or take out some of that bend perhaps?

A striped-pattern JP is a good call too. I painted mine with a basecoat of Dark Yellow and applied stripes of Rotbraun and Olivgrun (Red/Brown and Green).

Dragon should provide suggestions in their instructions?

Thanks for the replies guys! I will probably do the 314 scheme which is the striped-pattern. I have some spare number decals so ill fashion a 314 out of them !

I'll smooth the Shurzen out so it doesn't look too damaged.

Nice work Ben! I personally haven't worked up the guts yet to ding up a model with a motor tool but it looks so good when it's done by someone like you that knows what he's doing

Looks good . I'll be peeking in to see the paint scheme . Only thing i could be picky about is that the tow cable looks a bit loose in the middle and then tightly wound at the tow cable eye .

Looks good.  It strikes me that the tow cables might be too long.  maybe check that?

The others have pointed out the things that jumped out at me. Nice work on the JP, the striped pattern always looks great on these beasts!

Chalk up another vote for the striped camo here.  The dinging up technique looks good.  Don't worry about the zim.  You build for you.  Whenever I do something like that I make up a back story in my head to reconcile the whole thing.  Maybe during an engine overhaul the crew was bored and decided to chip off all the zim cuz they thought, and correctly, that it was a stupid idea anyway.  It could happen

Paint is finally on! I did it all in a good old 3 hour marathon of pure airbrushing

I painted the 314 scheme. Looks pretty good to me!

I also started a bit of detail painting and chipping. The chipping was done with my custom track paint mix. It's 3 parts red brown, 2 parts black.

These are some of the road wheels (the PzIV road wheels are for a Nashorn)

Remember it's still a work in progress. In one picture you can see the tracks. I added a rust wash. Also I added a 88mm shell for scale. Next update will be with tracks on and a nice coating of mud throughout.

Ahh yes , that makes a big difference !

Looks great Ben, I really like the grime... came out well.  Zimmerit can be a bit scary at first, I left it off my first build which was King Tiger.  I'm actually going back and redoing it right now and just did zimm for the first time.  I used two different methods and found they both worked well.  First way was with Milliput stretched across it and wet down to thin it out.  Second I mixed Testors putty with plastic cement (about a 50/50 mix) and brushed it on with a old brush, this actually dried a bit slower then I thought it would and worked well.  Once I had the base on I used a small flat head screwdriver that I kept wet to put the grooves in.  Hope any of that helps if you decide to give it a try in the future.

I'm finally done the Jagdpanther ! 

Here are the pics

As you guys can see, I finally got around to making a half decent photobooth I think I did a good job 

The finishing touches done to the model were a good coating of mud (acrylic resin, paint, sand and pigments) and a nice RB models antenna. I also finished up the exhaust and added a non-penetrating hit on the front sloped armor slab. I think I did pretty good with the exhausts (was my first time).

Anyway, any comment or criticism is welcome !
