Svenne, is that a MiniArm or MiniArt kit?  I thought MiniArm only made resin stuff?  Just asking because I only have one MiniArt kit and no MiniArm stuff.   I'm not up to speed on either of their releases and this one looks interesting!  Looks like you're managing to deal pretty good with the assembly issues.

Svenne,

I don't know anything about the Valentine so can't offer any suggestions about the tracks...are they supposed to have open guide horns or are you referring to the small hollow space at the base of the links? Bronco makes a set if you're looking for something to compare them to.

As for blanking off the space behind the driver's seat, if you used some sheet styrene to create a bulkhead type of arrangement, that would probably do the trick?

Hi,

Recently the lady and myself are getting along OK.

Two things though;

1.) Not sure how to blind her off behind the drivers seat.

2.) The links are OK'ish, no ejector marks but also no hollow guide-horns.
Should they be replaced? Would want to make a decision before I clean up the next 220?

Any ideas or comments are welcome :)

Svenne

It is putting up a fight allright, I am hitting back with what i have :)

Here is the turret, I will add some fuse boxes and the radio if I don't decide to keep here shut.

Thanks for stopping by!

Good afternoon,

I am trying to complete this kit and would like to share some progress.
The kit has some very basic detail in the drivers compartment, a nice little gun and a detailed radio.
I have not decided if i will button up or not yet but over to basic construction.
The tube is warped and I have used a sprue to push it apart:

The upper hull is also warped and this is actually worse, I have used a sprue here to trying to drag the sides in and the track guards down:

It looks OK now but if the problem is still there I will use a brass bare to tie the track guards down.

Thanks for looking, comments welcome as always :)
