That's Amore Group Build Finished Builds
Posted by tigerman on Monday, July 9, 2012 2:00 PM

Since most non-GB members rarely troll the GB forums, I thought I'd share our finished builds from That's Amore (Italian GB). It was a smaller GB, but the enthusiasm and knowledge was served. Thanks to all for participating. Smile

In no particular order:

Waynec's Centauro VRC-105

RealRedBaron's MC 202 Folgare

Waikong's CR 42

TD4438's Roma

Buffleheads's M13/40

Jgeratic1's CV3/33

Italianstarfighter's CR42 Falco

Dupes AB-41

Doogs' G55 Centauro

Bsyamato's Macchi 205 Veltro

Tigerman's Semovente

Really nice collection of builds! Neat to see the AC and Ship categories represented as well. Yes

Yes, the Roma BB was a great WIP to behold. Excellent job Ed.

Although I'm an armor guy, I love those Italian planes, especially the later fighters!  The Centauro, Veltro and Folgore look like they can easily match Spitfires, Hurricanes and P-40s!  Too bad we didn't have more ships in the GB,  Ed's big Roma is so nice!

Thanks Anthony. I did a finished thread on my Semovente. I added an RB barrel and Model Victoria workable tracks. The tracks were a lot of cleanup, but were easy to work with.

Nice cross-genre representation...something you dont' see very often in the GB's.  Kudos to all the participants!
