Question on Airfix 1/76 Sherman "MkI"

I'm about to finish my 1/76 M24 and I was thinking about purchasing the Airfix 1/76 Sherman, I want to start a little 1/72-1/76 collection. In fact, I would be my second Airfix sherman, I built one like 20 years ago, lost a long time ago during moving. I don't remember how good was it, so if anyone have it, maybe you can tell me something about it. First of all, I'd like to know which version it represents, It says "M4 Mk.I" on the box, but I thought that the Mk.I was a welded hull Sherman so any info about it will be appreciated. Best regards.
