Tristar 1/35 Pz.IV Running Gear Set 2 #042 VS Tristar German Pz.IV Wheel Set #014

I just purchased a Tristar 1/35 Pz.IV Running Gear Set 2 #042 and was comparing it's parts with those contained in the Tristar 1/35 German Pz.IV Wheel Set #014.  I wanted to determine if the Set 2 #042 was more appropriate for the Pz.IV F.

I can find no difference between the sets except the #042 contains bent springs for what they call:  "Moveable Bended Suspension".

Has anyone compared these kits and found one more appropriate than the other for the PZ.IV F?  Which one is more appropriate and why?
