that's the way it looks assembled when made by Pit-Road as an injection moulded kit. However your 75mm Field Gun should be the horse-drawn one, due to the wooden made wheels.

Nevertheless I'd preferred those resin kits because the were sharpened and better detailed than many injection moulded, plastic kis. But this has changed now. Plastic kits are sometime even better. Your resin-kits were made several years ago, I suppose due to the way of producing those parts with a lot of material to be clean.

Those figures seemed to better made, even when cleaning is necessary, than thoseof Pit-Road.

Pit-Road had added vinyl-tracks, a bit hard and not so flexibleas I would prefer. Better might be also injection moulded separated track-links to be assembled. But I will see, when model-kit will be finished.

Melchior: I think you did end up with the better deal there, here's my photos. Nice detailing but resin is so brittle I find it hard to clean up and work with the small parts.

Melchior: Sounds great!!! I pulled the older kits out and I was mistaken, they're resin instead of white metal. I expect the kits you have are indeed better.

I think I can get the photos posted either tomorrow or tomorrow night. Sorry I haven't gotten to them yet but lots of stuff going on here.

Ok, guys,. got the Pit-Road Kit G-28 today ! Whow ... looks great ! 10 sprues with fine detailed and formed parts. Cannot see any parts which aren't well done. The barrel for the type 90 75mm Field Gun is made in one piece - also the both wheels ! Assembly instruction printed in Japanese and English language. Vinyl tracks added. Ok, this kit looks really pretty good. Might not be comparable to the above mentioned older and metal made kit. It's much better, I suppose.

Those are some really nice models! I picked up the resin 1/35th scale Kurogane from the same guy. I'm not sure which company but it's probably the same as your kit.

Pit-Road has come a long way in the last 10 years. A lot of their newer kits are very nice. The newer Trumpeter 1/72scale JGSDF tanks are produced by P-R and are very nice models.

Arrrgggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! I just bought the old white metal kits of those off a guy who's thinning out his collection. They've been sitting in his closet fifteen years now. My new modeling motto is if you can't do something good at least do something different! Now I'll bet when I do get the blasted things built someone else will show up with the exact same friggin' models......

ok, thanks a lot. ... however I've ordered this kit and hope to get it soon. Thereafter I will report, ok ? The kit of their IJA Type 95 Kurogane was ... to my opinion ... a very well made kit which was very easy to assemble and last but not least it looks very nice.

The Type 98 Shi-Ke came out late last year, but the Type 90 field gun has been around for several years. It looks like they just combined the two kits into one packaging. I heard rumors that the Shi-Ke was an injection plastic version of their older white metal kit (which was not well done), but I don't know much about their older white metal kits.
