Great builds.

I love the look of these two models.

The painting is first class.

Jimmy, thanks for your kind words. In fact I told "AI" my builder to paint it 3 tone camo schemes just like on the box art, but he had other idea. He said he painted a Hetzer in 3 tome camo in the past, so he wanted to paint it dark yellow this time. But as far as I remember, he had painted them both.

Clay, no it's not me who built these. It's "Art Instructor" my main modeler who's been working for me for over 10 years. My site has been around since 9 November 1998 and will be 15 years old this November. Anyone know when was this site (finescale) setup?

Maniac, Art Instructor really has stepped it up!  I'm really liking these last few builds of his!  My favorite is the Hetzer....very nicely weathered!  BTW, who takes the photos that are posted?

Well, he told me he tried to do his best for this batch of work and he took a lot more time lately (40 days per batch compared with some 20 days in the past). This up-stepping might have been the result of his participation in a social media group I setup earlier this year:

www.facebook.com/.../328180933868932

where he can post WIP pictures and socialize with friends, colleagues and admirers. He saw their works too and I think he just wants to show them his best effort. All the photos that are posted were taken by myself. It's a pity that though I spent so much on models and modeling services, I paid very little on camera and equipment. I'm still using under $100 digital camera (GE A1250 12.2MP), a very good one. It's two years old, I dropped it twice but it survived both.

Both models look super. The Hetzer has a fantastic weathering and cammo job. The only things I

would change are the antennas on both models with very thin copper wire to make them more scale.
